# 2nd Felony Records

> I am 2nd Felony, an independent music entrepreneur creating space for raw voices, original records, and artists ready to be heard. My work connects real-life perspective with music that carries energy, honesty, and purpose. I help emerging talent move from ideas to the stage while sharing releases that speak directly to the culture. Every track and opportunity starts with authenticity, ambition, and no excuses.

- **What does an independent music artist do?** An independent music artist creates, records, and shares original music while developing a distinct artistic identity. Their work may also include live performance, collaboration, and connecting with listeners through digital platforms.
- **How can I work with a music artist?** Collaboration can take many forms, including recording, songwriting, production, live performance, or creative promotion. Clear communication about the project's goals and creative direction helps establish a productive working relationship.
- **What should I prepare before discussing a music project?** It is helpful to have a clear idea of the sound, message, audience, and overall purpose of the project. Sharing references or early concepts can make it easier for the artist and collaborators to understand the desired direction.
- **Why is an artist's creative identity important?** A strong creative identity helps music feel recognizable, meaningful, and connected to the artist's perspective. It can guide choices in songwriting, performance, visuals, and communication with an audience.
- **How can I support an independent music artist?** Listening, sharing releases, attending performances, and engaging respectfully with the artist's work can make a meaningful difference. Genuine support helps independent artists build lasting connections with their audience and creative community.
